How (exactly) does this work? I've tried the suggestions seen in this
newsgroup with the latest beta with no success.
Mike.

Subject: The Windows Internet Tour Guide (again)
I have been tryong to locate:
The Windows Internet Tour Guide
by Michael Fraase
published by Ventana Press
ISBN: 1-56604-081-7
The regional chain I went to (Hasting's) has about 300 of these on order (at
all of their locations, inclusive) and they have not received any. Does
anyone know of a major bookstore or mail-order house where it is available?
Also, Hasting's had listings for _two_ books of the same name, author, and
year. One was 290 pages, and one was ~1200. Is this a mistake? IF not,
which one has the Chameleon sampler software?
Thanks,
Michael.

Subject: Trumpet with PC-NFS 4.0
*** Help needed for Trumpet Winsock with
*** PC-NFS 4.0.
I wanted to try out the Trumpet Winsock.DLL
recently ftp'ed from CICA. I am having problem
running WINPKT, specifically, it cannot recognize
any interrupt vector number as belonging to my
NDIS packet driver (I tried all valid intvec from
0x60 to 0x80).
My configuration consist of 3COM 3c509TP
EtherLink III adapter, and PC-NFS v4.0 on top
of MS DOS LANMAN v1.1. I have several network
drives NFS mounted on a Sun Sparc II file server.
The following is an excerpt from my config.sys
and autoexec.bat file. As you see, there does
not seems to be any statement that specify the
NDIS driver intvec, IRQ or IOaddress.
